Ordering
We try to make ordering products from The Gibson Girl as fast and easy as possible. When you have finished looking at all our yummy purses and have an idea of what Gibson Girl item you would like, just give us a call at 703.307.0646. You can also send us an email at thegibsongirl@gmail.com and we’ll be in touch to discuss specifics.
Payment
We will accept your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express information for
processing through our secure Square Card or PayPal Reader. Or, if you prefer, you
may send us a check payable to The Gibson Girl (which may delay the fulfillment
of your order).
The Process
Because each of our Gibson Girl purses is personally handcrafted; we will begin
cutting the fabric and making your beautiful purse once your payment has been processed. We'll notify you by email once we've begun crafting your purse and again when your purse has shipped. Please allow 14 business days for fulfillment of your order. If
there will be a delay in that time frame, we will contact you by email or by
phone. If you need your purchase more
quickly, please call; we'll work together to accommodate you. Quantities are limited to stock on hand. Because of the unique nature of most of the fabrics we use, we may have limited amounts of a particular fabric and we reserve the right to substitute a 100% silk fabric of similar color and design. However, we will never make a fabric substitution without letting you know in advance.
